Q. What is LinkDropp?
A. LinkDropp is a free Web Directory that provides an opportunity for websites to receive free traffic, and helps to increase search engine position by providing a backlink.

Q. How does LinkDropp work?

Q. Must I follow the submission rules in order to get my site approved and listed on LinkDropp?
A. Yes, if you don't follow we will ban your website and any future websites that you submit to LinkDropp from appearing on our website.

Q. Do I have to provide an image for my site link?
A. Yes, you do because this is a Web 2.0 Directory, we try to stay different from those old and boring web directories.

Q. What kind of site button should I provide?
A. Your site button should be no more than 88x31 pixels and should usually include your site name and should reflect your website.

Q. I submitted a website, how long does it take for It to be approved?
We usually approve it within a couple of hours, but you should wait at least 48 hours, if your website not approve within 48 hours then try contacting us.

Q. Why is my site last on the the home page even though I submitted my site before a lot of these sites were added?
A. The sites on LinkDropp are sorted by rank, the higher the rating the higher in ranks it goes, the higher on the page it goes.

Q. Where do I see my site rank?
A. Go to your site description page and on top you will see 2 icons thumbs up and thumbs down, in the middle you will see a number which is your rating, the higher the number the better your site ranking is.

Q. How do I increase my site's ranking?
A. In your sites description page, click on the thumbs up and your site ranking increases by 1. You can only vote once per site, you should give out a link to your sites description page to your site members and friends, so they can vote for your site and for your site to go higher in rankings.

Q. Why do my site members/friends must register in order to vote for my site?
A. This is to avoid any fake ratings, in order for 1 person to constantly on voting on their own site to get higher ratings. This avoid all the fake ratings and allows one registered member to only vote once per one site.
